It was an International Women’s Day unlike any other for Maryam Monsef.
The former Peterborough-Kawartha MP announced on Facebook that she gave birth on March 8th, to her first child, stating she left the PRHC with her ‘two favourite guys’, husband Matt DeCourcey and new son Samad Monsef DeCourcey
Monsef thanked the smart and strong women in the labour and delivery unit and the team at Partners in Pregnancy Clinic and wrote that Samad is healthy, determined and living a life full of cuddles and naps.
