Owen Jordan is no stranger to the Peterborough Wolverines football program and now, as a coach with the club’s under-12 peewee squad, he’s giving kids the same great sports experience he enjoyed.
Jordan, who played seven seasons with the Wolverines and also cleated up for a few seasons with the Kinsmen Minor Football League (KMFL), is not only the offensive coordinator and running back coach for the peewee Wolverines but also coaches the KMFL Red Flags.
Jordan says he found coaching to be something he really enjoyed right from the get-go.
As for the appeal of the sport he has loved his whole life, Jordan says that’s rooted in one undeniable fact.
Jordan adds because of his love for the game and the kids in the Wolverines and KMFL programs, he can see himself coaching “for many years.”
