It was a big turnout for the annual Peterborough Family Literacy Day event.
On Saturday, families gathered at Peterborough Square to take part in a full agenda that included special readings by dignitaries.
Laura Murray, the children’s community development librarian at the Peterborough Public Library, was thrilled with the turnout.
