Five Counties Children’s Center is introducing a new survey to gather feedback on its support for families and areas for improvement.
They’re inviting families to participate in its Client and Family Experience Survey until March 31st. This confidential survey is tailored for current and former clients, parents, caregivers, and families in the City of Kawartha Lakes and counties of Peterborough, Northumberland, and Haliburton.
The five-minute survey will help inform services at Five Counties according to Director of Clinical Services Darlene Callan.
Treatment sessions are typically under an hour each week, highlighting the crucial role of parents in implementing treatment tips to help children achieve their potential. By gathering family input through the survey, Callan told us they’re working to continually improve its services and better support families in their journey with their child.
Callan emphasized the importance of engaging with parents and caregivers to enhance support for children and overall services for families. While the center conducts a client satisfaction survey biennially, Darlene says its part of an ongoing conversation between parents and therapists.
Respondents are asked about their program usage, satisfaction levels, and suggestions for enhancement.
Completing the survey enters participants into a draw for one of three $25 grocery store gift cards.
