A 24-year-old Toronto man is facing charges after submitting a fake prescription to a pharmacy near Lansdowne Street East and Ashburnham Drive.
Police were called about he incident on Wednesday and when the man returned to pick up the prescription, he was taken into custody. During the arrest, he provided officers with false identification.
The man has been charged with identity fraud, using a forged document, and failing to comply with a probation order.
