After the Oldies 96.7 $10,000 Fugitive was captured safely earlier this week, she has broken her silence about the more than month-long search.
Gillian Morgan says while on the loose, she was still living her everyday life until her capture.
31-year-old Dan Burns won himself $10,000 by asking Morgan if she was the fugitive near Trent University on Sunday afternoon. Morgan says her biggest concern was that he wouldn’t ask the question properly.
She adds that she had a bit of suspicion she would be captured at Trent because of how many people were supporting the Trent soccer teams that day. With his winnings, Burns says he has to buy some new tires for his car, as well as a number of other repairs.
